At World of Warcraft Fashion, we want you to be fully equipped for your next quest; if your armor doesn't fit or meet your standards, you have 30 days to initiate a return. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all faction tags intact to be eligible for a refund.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the loot you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization number.

Prepare Your Parcel

Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure your gold is refunded correctly.

Dispatch via Gryphon

Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local flight path station.

Receive Your Refund

Once our master smiths inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
